For agencies running many accounts, HeyReach's Agency plan, $999 a month for 25 senders, works out at about $40 per account. All four automate LinkedIn actions such as connection requests and messages, which LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits doing with unauthorized automated methods, so the account risk sits with you, not the vendor. Cost per LinkedIn account
Because most of these tools charge per account, the number that matters is what one connected LinkedIn profile costs a month. On monthly billing, a single account runs $79 on HeyReach Growth or Dripify Pro, and $99 on Expandi or Dripify Advanced. Annual billing brings Dripify Pro down to $59. The outlier is HeyReach's Agency plan: $999 for 25 senders is about $40 a sender, and its Unlimited plan at $2,999 a month removes the per-sender charge altogether, which only pays off past roughly 38 senders against Growth, or about 75 at the Agency plan's per-sender rate.
What the plans include
- HeyReach includes unlimited campaigns, all LinkedIn actions, a unified inbox, multichannel outreach, an API, webhooks and an MCP server, with 100 enrichment credits per sender on Growth, 1,000 on Agency and 3,000 on Unlimited. Agency adds white-labelling and done-for-you onboarding.
- Expandi runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP address, automatic profile warm-up and adjustable daily limits. Teams of 10 or more seats and white-label buyers are sent to sales.
- Dripify includes LinkedIn and email sequences and 100 email finder credits a month on every paid plan, with team management, A/B testing and what it calls advanced LinkedIn protection on Advanced.
- Waalaxy caps invitations by plan: 300 a month on Pro and 800 on Advanced and Business. Business adds email campaigns and 500 email finder credits; Advanced adds API access and Make, Zapier and n8n modules.
The safety claims, read carefully
Expandi and Dripify both sell account safety: warm-up, daily limits, "built-in LinkedIn protection". Expandi goes further and advertises "campaign types that allow bypassing outreach limits", citing a Mobile Connector campaign that it says sends an extra 100 connection requests a week. Set that against LinkedIn's User Agreement, which prohibits using bots or other unauthorized automated methods to add contacts or send messages, and prohibits bypassing or circumventing its use limits. LinkedIn says it may restrict or suspend accounts it suspects of automation, and that repeated suspensions may lead to a permanent restriction.

What a team really pays
Using each vendor's listed prices on monthly billing:
- Five reps on HeyReach Growth: $395 a month.
- Five reps on Expandi: $495 a month, or 20 percent less on an annual prepay.
- Five reps on Dripify Advanced: $495 a month, or $395 a month billed annually.
- An agency with 25 client accounts: $999 a month on HeyReach Agency, against $1,975 for 25 Growth senders.

Five things to check before you sign up
- The billing unit. HeyReach bills per sender, Expandi per seat, Dripify and Waalaxy per user. With several LinkedIn profiles per salesperson, per-sender pricing adds up quickly.
- The trial terms. Dripify offers 7 days without a card, Expandi 7 days and Waalaxy 14 days; HeyReach has "Try it free" on Growth and Agency, and a demo for Unlimited, with a 30-day free trial on request.
- The discount against the commitment. Annual discounts run from 20 percent at HeyReach and Expandi to about 25 percent on Dripify Pro's listed prices (Dripify advertises up to 35 percent), but they lock you in for a year on accounts LinkedIn can restrict.
- What is capped. Waalaxy caps invitations at 300 or 800 a month by plan, and HeyReach, Dripify and Waalaxy Business cap the enrichment or email finder credits they include: 100 per sender on HeyReach Growth, 100 a month at Dripify and 500 on Waalaxy Business.

Ways to scale outreach inside LinkedIn's rules
- Search with Sales Navigator, send by hand. Fewer, well-targeted connection requests keep acceptance rates high and stay within LinkedIn's terms.
- Use InMail credits on the shortlist. Sales Navigator includes 50 a month, with a credit back for each reply.

How to choose
If you decide to use one of these tools despite the risk, choose by billing unit: per-user tools such as Dripify and Waalaxy suit small teams, while HeyReach's flat Agency and Unlimited plans suit agencies with many sender accounts. Start on monthly billing, because an annual prepay is a bad bet on accounts LinkedIn can restrict.
