Quick answer: Leadpages vs ClickFunnels is a specialist against an all in one. ClickFunnels is the all in one: from $97 a month (or $81 on annual billing) you get unlimited funnels and pages, email marketing for 10,000 contacts, three courses, a store, a CRM pipeline and A/B testing. Leadpages is the specialist: from $99 a month you get unlimited pages and traffic, A/B testing, dynamic text replacement and lead enrichment, and it plugs into the CRM and email tools you already own. If you are replacing a whole stack, buy ClickFunnels. If you are optimizing paid traffic landing pages and keeping HubSpot or Mailchimp, buy Leadpages. Both pricing pages were read on September 5, 2026, and both contain a line you should check before paying.
The price ladders side by side
- ClickFunnels: Launch $97 a month ($81 billed annually), Scale $197 ($164 annually), Optimize $297 ($248 annually), Dominate $5,997 a year, annual only. 14 day free trial and a 30 day money back guarantee stated in the FAQ.
- Leadpages: Grow $99, Optimize $199, Scale $399, all 20 percent off annually. Separate HTML Pub publishing plans at $10, $29 and $49. 7 day free trial, card required and charged on day 7.
At the entry tier the two are within $2 of each other monthly and $2 apart annually ($81 versus $79.20). The difference is entirely what the $97 to $99 buys.
What $97 buys at ClickFunnels
Launch includes unlimited funnels (marked "limited time" on the page), unlimited site and landing pages, unlimited visitors, 1 brand workspace, 2 team members, 10,000 email contacts and 50,000 emails a month, 3 courses and 3 communities, 1 store, 5 custom domains, a knowledge base rather than the FunnelFlix training library, group onboarding calls, 1 CRM pipeline, a message hub with 2 agents, survey workflows, A/B testing, an AI funnel builder, 1 million AI words and standard support. What Launch does not include, per the comparison table: automations, advanced workflows, calendars and appointments, countdown funnels, conversion boosters, the affiliate centre, a custom code editor, and webhooks or API access.
That last exclusion is where the page contradicts itself. The "Webhooks/API Access" row shows a dash for Launch, while a separate "API & Webhooks" row lower in the same table shows a check for every plan. One of those rows is wrong. If API access matters to you, confirm it in the trial before you build on it, or price from Scale at $197, where custom code, webhooks and full API access are listed unambiguously along with automations, 5 workspaces, 5 team members and 75,000 contacts.
What $99 buys at Leadpages
Grow includes unlimited pages and traffic, 4 custom domains, 3 blogs, manual A/B testing with 2 variants, dynamic text replacement, manual personalization, IP enrichment on 2,000 visitors and lead enrichment on 1,000 leads a month, ICP targeting, an offline conversion pixel, 40,000 AI credits, 5 active integrations, forms and webhooks, CSV export, an MCP server and 12 months of analytics. It does not include team seats, Smart Traffic, heatmaps, or any email, CRM, course or checkout functionality. Those first three arrive at $199; the rest never do, by design. The full ladders are in our Leadpages pricing guide and the hands on view in our Leadpages review.
Start a Leadpages trial and test dynamic text replacement
Feature by feature
- Landing pages and A/B testing: both include unlimited pages, unlimited visitors and A/B testing at the entry tier. Leadpages adds dynamic text replacement, lead enrichment and, from $199, Smart Traffic and heatmaps. ClickFunnels adds countdown funnels and conversion boosters from $197.
- Email and CRM: ClickFunnels only. 10,000 contacts and 50,000 sends on Launch, 75,000 and 300,000 on Scale, with a CRM pipeline and opportunities on every plan. Leadpages sends leads out through integrations and webhooks.
- Courses, community and store: ClickFunnels only, 3 of each on Launch. Leadpages has an ecommerce page type but no course or membership product.
- Automation: ClickFunnels from Scale at $197. Leadpages has none natively and relies on Zapier or Paragon integrations, counted against the 5 to 25 active connection cap.
- Team: ClickFunnels 2 members on Launch, 5 on Scale. Leadpages 0 seats on Grow, 3 on Optimize, 10 on Scale.
- Trial and refund: ClickFunnels 14 days plus a 30 day money back guarantee. Leadpages 7 days, card charged on day 7, cancel anytime after.
- Fees on sales: ClickFunnels says it takes no percentage of sales. Leadpages does not process sales itself.
Two lines to check before you pay
On the ClickFunnels page, "Unlimited Funnels" carries a "limited time" marker on every plan, which means the funnel count is a promotion rather than a plan term; ask what the standard limit is before you commit annually. On the Leadpages page, the entry tier is a single login with 5 active integrations and 2 test variants; if you are buying it for optimization, the $199 Optimize plan is the honest entry price, which makes the true comparison $199 against ClickFunnels' $197 Scale, and at that level ClickFunnels' bundle is much larger.
Which one to buy
- Buy ClickFunnels if you sell a course, a membership or a product and want funnels, checkout, email and a CRM under one login, or if you do not yet own an email tool.
- Buy Leadpages if you run paid search or paid social to landing pages, you already own HubSpot, Salesforce or Mailchimp, and you want dynamic text replacement, enrichment and testing rather than another email platform.
- Buy neither if you are an agency managing client accounts. Both tools charge for workspaces and seats; GoHighLevel was built around sub accounts from $97, and our GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels comparison, GoHighLevel services page and white label SaaS page cover that route.
Whichever you choose, the page is the end of the pipeline. If the issue is that too few of the right people reach it, our lead generation team builds the front end, and either of these tools will convert what arrives.
Annual billing, lock in and the two ClickFunnels logins
ClickFunnels' annual discount is stated in dollars: $194 a year on Launch, $394 on Scale, $594 on Optimize, with Dominate annual only at $5,997. Leadpages' is a flat 20 percent, which is $237.60 on Grow and $477.60 on Optimize. On lock in, Leadpages says pages and domains carry over between HTML Pub and Leadpages and that plan changes apply at the next cycle. ClickFunnels' site carries two separate logins, ClickFunnels and ClickFunnels Classic, with separate status pages, which tells you the platform has been rebuilt at least once and that a funnel built years ago may live in a different product from the one on the pricing page. Ask which one you are buying and whether your existing funnels are in it.
Costs at a real team size
Take a three person team with a 20,000 contact list. On ClickFunnels, Launch's 2 team members and 10,000 contacts do not fit, so the price is Scale at $197 a month, which covers 5 members and 75,000 contacts, and adds automations and API access. On Leadpages, Grow's zero seats do not fit either, so the price is Optimize at $199 for 3 seats, plus whatever the team already pays for email and CRM. If that email tool is Kit, a 20,000 subscriber list is well above its $33 entry price; if it is HubSpot or Salesforce, it is already the bigger bill. The honest comparison at this size is $197 all in against $199 plus the existing stack, and the existing stack is the reason to pick Leadpages, not a cost saving. If you do not have that stack yet, ClickFunnels is cheaper by the full price of the email tool.
Frequently Asked Questions
At the entry tier they are almost identical: Leadpages Grow is $99 a month or $79.20 on annual billing, ClickFunnels Launch is $97 a month or $81 on annual billing, as of September 5, 2026. The difference is scope: ClickFunnels includes email marketing, courses, a store and a CRM pipeline; Leadpages includes dynamic text replacement, lead enrichment and deeper testing tools instead.
Yes. ClickFunnels Launch includes 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month with a CRM pipeline, rising to 75,000 contacts and 300,000 emails on Scale. Leadpages has no native email or CRM; it pushes leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp and others through integrations and webhooks, with 5 active integrations on Grow.
ClickFunnels offers a 14 day free trial and states a 30 day money back guarantee in its pricing FAQ. Leadpages offers 7 days with full plan access, collects a card at checkout and charges on day 7 unless you cancel. For a no risk evaluation, ClickFunnels' terms are more generous.
The ClickFunnels pricing table is inconsistent: one row marks webhooks and API access as not included on Launch, while another row marks API and webhooks as included on all plans. Scale at $197 lists webhooks and full API access without ambiguity, alongside the custom code editor and automations. Confirm in the trial if you depend on it.
Neither is ideal. ClickFunnels prices brand workspaces at 1, 5, 10 and 20 per tier and Leadpages adds workspaces only on its $399 Scale plan. GoHighLevel is built around client sub accounts from $97 a month, which is why most agencies end up there; our GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels comparison covers the details.
You can, but it rarely makes sense, because ClickFunnels already builds landing pages with A/B testing. The realistic pairing is Leadpages plus an email or CRM tool you already pay for. If you want one bill, ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel is the simpler shape.
