Verified on LinkedIn's own comparison page, which was last updated July 1, 2026:
- Core: $119.99 per month, or $1,079.88 per year per license, a 25 percent saving on annual billing. Built for individual sellers.
- Advanced: $159.99 per month, or $1,799.88 per year per license, a 6 percent saving on annual. Adds team seat management from 2 sellers, plus Account IQ and Lead IQ.
- Advanced Plus: quote only. Adds the deep CRM integrations and lead or contact creation, from 10 sellers.
Every plan, including the $159.99 one, gives the same 50 InMails per month and the same 50-plus filters. LinkedIn cites a Forrester study saying Sales Navigator pays for itself in six months, a vendor-commissioned claim, so weigh it accordingly.
Why people go looking for an alternative
In our experience it is almost never the price:
- There is no export button. The big one. You can build a perfect 800-person list with 50-plus filters and cannot get it out. Sales Navigator is a browsing tool, not a data source.
- No emails or phone numbers. You get profiles, not contact details, so you still need a data vendor on top.
- Per-seat cost. Five reps on Advanced is roughly $9,000 a year before you send a single email.
- It only knows LinkedIn. If your buyers are not active there, the graph is thin.
First, decide which of the three jobs you are replacing
This step makes the decision easy, and almost no roundup does it. Sales Navigator bundles three things:
- Job 1, targeting: searching a live, self-updating professional graph with good filters.
- Job 2, contact data: turning a match into an email or mobile number you can actually use.
- Job 3, the channel: InMail, a message that lands in a LinkedIn inbox whether or not you are connected.
B2B databases replace jobs 1 and 2. Export tools replace job 2 and keep your seat. Nothing replaces job 3. Work out which job you are actually paying for and the shortlist below shrinks to two options.

The honest catch: Apollo's data is strongest on US contacts and gets noticeably thinner in Europe and non-English markets. Credit limits are the real constraint, not the sticker price, and heavy exporters land well above the headline per-seat number once overages and verification are added. It also cannot send InMail, and never will.
Best for: US-focused outbound teams who want data plus sending in one place. The free plan is a genuinely useful way to test your own list quality before paying anyone. Start with Apollo's free plan and export 50 ideal prospects before you cancel anything.
Cognism, the best European and UK data
If your buyers are in the EU or UK and you need mobile numbers you can legally call, Cognism is the serious answer and Apollo is not. Phone-verified mobiles and a compliance-first posture are the product.
Pricing: Cognism publishes no prices at all. We checked the live page July 15, 2026: two packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included, and a credit model where 1 credit reveals 1 contact and is not spent again unless that person changes jobs. Third-party breakdowns report a platform fee around $15,000 to $25,000 a year plus roughly $1,500 to $2,500 per seat, but those are reported figures, not Cognism's.
The honest catch: no public pricing means a demo, a negotiation, and an annual contract. It rates well, 4.5 on G2 and 4.7 on Capterra across 4,000-plus customers, but this is not a tool a two-person team buys on a Tuesday.
ZoomInfo, the enterprise option
The deepest company-level intelligence and intent data in the category, and the one most likely already wired into your CRM at a large company. Quote-only, annual contract, widely reported to start in the mid five figures. Buy it if you have a RevOps function to run it. Skip it if you do not.
UpLead, the accuracy guarantee
UpLead's differentiator is rare enough to name: a 95 percent accuracy guarantee with credit refunds on invalid emails. One credit unlocks a contact and gives you both the verified email and the direct dial.
Pricing: Essentials $99 per month, or $74 per month billed annually, for 170 credits a month. Plus $199 per month for 400 credits. Professional is custom and annual only. A 7-day trial gives you 5 credits.
The honest catch: the credit volumes are small. At 170 credits a month this is a precision tool for low-volume, high-value targeting, not a list-building engine, and per contact it is one of the priciest options here. That is the point.
Lusha, the cheapest extension swap
If what you miss is the browser extension that reveals a contact while you look at a profile, Lusha is the low-commitment version. Verified on Lusha's pricing page July 15, 2026: the free plan gives 40 credits a month, and an email costs 1 credit while a phone number costs 10, up from 5 previously, a meaningful 2026 change for phone-first teams. Credits roll over up to twice your limit on monthly plans, but annual plans issue everything upfront and reset at cycle end.
Reported tiers, since the page renders prices in JavaScript: Pro around $52.45 per month annual for roughly 600 credits, Premium around $299.95 for roughly 3,400, plus a custom Scale tier. A 35 percent annual sale is running as we write. Lusha rates 4.3 out of 5, the weakest of the databases here, and CRM sync, API, and intent are gated to Scale.
Evaboot and Wiza, the option nobody sells you
Here is the camp that gets left out of these lists, because the lists are written by companies selling replacements: keep Sales Navigator and just add the export.
If your filters are the reason your targeting works, throwing them away to save $119.99 is a bad trade. Evaboot starts at $9 a month for 100 credits, where 1 credit exports 1 lead and another finds and verifies the email, with rollover and unlimited seats. Wiza has a free tier and reported plans at $49, $99, and $199, with phone numbers costing 5 credits.
The honest catch: both require an active Sales Navigator seat, so your floor is $119.99 plus the tool. You are not saving money, you are buying the export button LinkedIn refuses to sell you. For many teams that is the right answer, and cheaper than migrating a workflow that already works.
Clay, which is not actually an alternative
Clay appears in every one of these lists and belongs in almost none. It is an orchestration layer running waterfall enrichment across many providers, with no graph of its own to search, so it does not replace job 1. Clay overhauled pricing in March 2026: self-serve is now Launch at $185 a month with 2,500 Data Credits and 15,000 Actions, and Growth at $495 with 6,000 and 40,000. Legacy Starter $149, Explorer $349, and Pro $800 closed to switching on April 10, 2026, though existing customers keep their pricing.

LinkedIn Premium Business, the downgrade worth trying
Before buying anything new, check whether you need Sales Navigator at all. LinkedIn Premium Business is $59.99 a month, or $47.99 annual, with 15 InMails a month instead of 50. If you send 6 InMails in a busy month and mostly use LinkedIn to look people up, you have been paying double for filters you never touch. Downgrading is the cheapest win here and costs nothing to test.
What none of these replace
Two things, and being clear on them is the difference between a good decision and a refund request.
InMail. There is no third-party InMail. If a meaningful share of your meetings come from InMail replies, nothing here substitutes for that, and leaving means changing your channel, not just your vendor.
The live graph. LinkedIn is accurate because its own subjects update it when they change jobs. Every alternative here is a snapshot that decays, and the vendors admit it in their pricing: Cognism only re-charges a credit when a contact changes jobs, because job moves are the decay event everyone is managing. Budget for decay, or you will blame your copy for a list problem.
The cost math on 1,000 leads
Say you want 1,000 exported contacts with verified emails in a month:
- Sales Navigator alone: $119.99, and zero exported contacts. That is the whole problem.
- Sales Navigator plus Evaboot: $119.99 plus roughly 2,000 Evaboot credits, since a lead plus a verified email is 2 credits. Best targeting, one added line item.
- Apollo Basic: $49 per user per month annual, export and sequencing in the box. Cheapest path if US data quality clears your bar.
- UpLead Plus: $199 buys 400 credits, so 1,000 needs a bigger plan. Correct only when a wrong email is expensive.
- Cognism: realistically a five-figure annual commitment. Correct when EU mobiles are the business.
