Everyone else on this list expects you to bring your own data. That consolidation is why a 10-seat Apollo team pays around $490 per month while a comparable Salesloft contract runs well past $1,200 before you add a data vendor.

Pricing is public and starts free: the Basic plan is $49 per user per month billed annually, Professional is $79, and Organization is $119 ($59, $99, and $149 monthly). Pricing is fully quote-based with mandatory annual contracts: buyers report roughly $100 to $160 per user per month across the Amplify Core, Plus, and Pro tiers, plus implementation fees that commonly run $5,000 to $25,000 and annual platform fees on top. In 2026 it also added a consumption-based AI credit layer, so total spend is harder to predict.

The catch: no free plan, no public pricing, and no native database, so you still need a data vendor and an ops person before your first sequence sends. G2 users score it 4.3/5, with cost the most common complaint.

Salesloft is Outreach's closest rival and arguably ahead on rep coaching, call recording, and cadence analytics, with Drift folded in for inbound conversations. 4. Reply.io: best mid-market multichannel with an AI SDR

Reply.io covers email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp in one sequence builder, and its Jason AI agent can run prospecting semi-autonomously. The Multichannel plan is $89 per user per month billed annually, an email-only plan starts around $49 to $59, and Ultimate runs about $139. Jason AI is a separate product starting at $500 per month.

The catch: the sticker price is not the real price. LinkedIn automation costs about $69 per account per month extra and calls/SMS add another $29, so true multichannel usage typically lands at $150 to $200 per user per month.

5. HubSpot Sales Hub: best if you already run HubSpot CRM

If your company lives in HubSpot, Sales Hub is the path of least resistance: sequences, tasks, calling, and reporting native to the CRM your data already sits in. Starter is about $15 per seat per month on annual billing, but sequences and automation are gated at Professional, which is $90 per seat annually plus a $1,500 mandatory onboarding fee and a 5-seat minimum, so the real entry point for engagement features is around $450 per month.

The catch: you are buying an ecosystem, not just an SEP. Costs compound as you add seats and hubs, and there is no native prospect database, so budget for data separately.

6. Salesforce Sales Engagement: best Salesforce-native cadences

For Salesforce shops, Sales Engagement adds cadences, automated task queues, Einstein Activity Capture, and conversation insights directly inside Sales Cloud for $75 per user per month, and it is bundled into the Unlimited and Agentforce 1 editions. Reps never leave the CRM, and admins keep one security and reporting model.

The catch: it only makes sense on top of Sales Cloud, and Salesforce add-ons stack: Inbox, Conversation Insights, and premium support can roughly double the effective per-seat cost by the time the stack is complete.

7. Klenty: best budget cadences

Klenty does the core SDR job, multichannel cadences with CRM sync, at prices that undercut everyone except Apollo's low tiers: Starter is about $50 per user per month (email only), Growth is $70 and adds multichannel plus CRM automation, and Plus is $99 with AI features and coaching. A parallel dialer is a $45 add-on.

The catch: at the $99 Plus tier you are close to negotiated Salesloft pricing while still missing the data layer, visitor identification, and the deeper analytics the bigger platforms carry. It is best when your list building already happens elsewhere.

Match the tool to your team, not the other way around:
